Night Operations Team Lead

Team Leader – Heathrow – £45k + Bonus

The Role:

An award winning freight-forwarding group are looking for a Team leader to join their growing team in Heathrow. The successful candidate would require a background Air Freight or Aerospace within the freight forwarding industry.

• £40k-45k Depending on Experience

Team Leader Responsibilities

• Ensure Export/Import processes are completed in compliance with AEO regulations and procedures
• Complete shipments from start to finish ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage the whole Night Shift Operations and Night Team
• Review and identify areas to maximise profitability by proactive file management.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships alongside customer solutions and any other relevant departments.

Requirements

• Import Experience
• Export Experience
• Air Freight Experience
• Previous experience in Time Critical / Aerospace – preferred.
• Solid background in UK Customs
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
