Salary: $60,000 + Comprehensive Benefits
We are seeking an Ocean Export Coordinator to join our growing operations team in Atlanta. This role is responsible for managing international import shipments across Ocean freight, ensuring smooth end-to-end transportation and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate international ocean export shipments
- Liaise with carriers, overseas offices, customers, and customs brokers
- Prepare and review shipping documentation
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
- Provide accurate shipment updates and maintain operational records
Requirements:
- Experience in ocean freight forwarding
- Understanding of international shipping processes and documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using freight forwarding systems is preferred
