We are supporting a fast-growing international logistics group in the search for a Sales Manager – Air & Sea Freight Development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, financially strong organisation with an entrepreneurial culture and ambitious growth plans within its Air & Sea division.

The Role

As Sales Manager – Air & Sea Freight Development, you will be responsible for:

• Developing new business opportunities within Air & Sea Freight.
• Identifying, targeting and converting potential customers across key industries.
• Building long-term relationships with decision-makers and strategic accounts.
• Selling international freight solutions including Air Freight, Ocean Freight and value-added logistics services.
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing.
• Working closely with internal operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Growing revenue and strengthening market presence within the region.

Your Profile

We are looking for a proven logistics sales professional with:

• Strong experience in Air & Sea Freight Business Development.
• A genuine hunter mentality with a track record of winning new customers.
• Existing knowledge of international forwarding and supply chain solutions.
• Experience managing tenders, RFQs, pricing negotiations and commercial proposals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ambition to build something and play a key role in future growth.
