We are seeking an experienced Ocean Export Specialist who can hit the ground running and play a key role in delivering high-quality service to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end ocean export shipments
• Liaising with carriers, customers, and overseas agents
• Preparing and processing export documentation
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
• Handling bookings, tracking shipments, and providing proactive updates to clients
• Resolving any operational issues efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Ocean Exports within a freight forwarding environment
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
