Operations Manager – Freight Forwarding

Location: Coleshill

Salary: £45k

Are you an experienced leader in freight forwarding with a passion for operations and logistics? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join a dynamic and growing team based in Coleshill.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, project shipment coordination, and documentation management. You’ll work closely with suppliers, overseas partners, and internal teams to deliver high-profile logistics solutions across multiple transport modes. As Operations Manager, you will also play a key role in maintaining excellent service levels and strategic growth.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in a similar Operations Manager within a previous management freight forwarding

• Strong knowledge of letters of credit

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
