Project Manager – M&E

I am working with clients who are both major M&E contractors. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their teams and oversee installation, maintenance and refurbishment projects within universities, hotels, commercial properties, banks, leisure, schools and industrial buildings.

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualifications, trade i.e Electrical or Plumbing/ Pipe fitting or professional i.e HND or Degree
  • Currently a supervisor, project manager or contracts manager
  • Experience managing M&E projects

Package:

  • £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • 4% pension
  • Car / allowance
