The Package
- Basic salary up to £75,000, depending on experience.

The Role
- Lead, motivate and develop a regional sales team across the North of England.
- Drive regional revenue growth, profitability and overall sales performance.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor KPIs and hold the team accountable for results.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key foodservice wholesale customers.
- Drive new business acquisition while maximising growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Use sales data, market insights and performance reporting to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on customer service, commercial success and continuous improvement.
