A Global Freight Forwarder are actively seeking a Road Freight Regional Manager to join their expanding team based in Birmingham. This exciting opportunity offers the successful applicant a chance to join a multi award winning company and to join a team that truly looks after their people as well as their customers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor KPIs for 5 direct reports
- Manage and oversee daily site operations
- Profit and Loss responsibility for the branch.
- Build and develop a strong team handling EU Road Freight Operations.
- Driving operational excellence and best practice across the business
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in EU Road Freight Forwarding.
- Strong Commercial and operational background
- Have previously held a similar positioning the Freight Forwarding Industry at General or Regional Manager Level.
