I am recruiting for a Sales Processor to join a great family run Engineering company with 130 employees and fantastic internal progression. This role would suit someone working as a Sales Administrator, After Sales Assistant.
Your role will involve assisting the Sales Department with all Sales admin duties, dealing with clients, receiving & processing orders and helping with Logistic & after sales queries.
- Communicating with clients & colleagues
- Processing Sales orders & Goods returns
- Dealing with customer enquires
- Updating company’s database & systems
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Undertake any other office duties that may be required from time to time
- Experience in similar role would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of Business Central & Dynamics 365
- Excellent Customer Service skills both verbal & written
- Great multitasking skills
- Salary £22k-£25k (based on experience)
- 4 day week
