Sales Processor / Sales Administrator / After Sales Rep

I am recruiting for a Sales Processor to join a great family run Engineering company with 130 employees and fantastic internal progression. This role would suit someone working as a Sales Administrator, After Sales Assistant.

The Role

Your role will involve assisting the Sales Department with all Sales admin duties, dealing with clients, receiving & processing orders and helping with Logistic & after sales queries.

  • Communicating with clients & colleagues
  • Processing Sales orders & Goods returns
  • Dealing with customer enquires
  • Updating company’s database & systems
  • Provide excellent Customer Service
  • Undertake any other office duties that may be required from time to time


  • Experience in similar role would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of Business Central & Dynamics 365
  • Excellent Customer Service skills both verbal & written
  • Great multitasking skills


  • Salary £22k-£25k (based on experience)
  • 4 day week
  • Auto enrollment pension.
