Site Manager – M&E

My client is a well established M&E design and build contractor, who have been going for more than 30 years. They are looking for a site manager to oversee Cat A and Cat B, Mechanical and electrical fit – outs. They have projects in the education, healthcare, commercial and industrial sectors.

Also suitable for site supervisors who are looking to progress and project managers.

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualifications, trade i.e Electrical or Plumbing or professional i.e Degree OR HND
  • Site management / project management experience
  • JCT experience beneficial but not essential

Package:

  • £50,000 to £60,000
  • 4% pension
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Travel expenses paid
