We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Customs Clearance Coordinator to join our busy Totton office. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vital world of customs clearance and international freight logistics. Full training will be provided, giving you the skills and knowledge to thrive in the customs and freight sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with customs documentation and clearance processes
• Supporting the coordination of international freight shipments
• Liaising with clients, carriers, and government bodies
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant customs regulations

The Ideal Candidate:

• Some knowledge of the logistics or freight industry OR relevant qualifications (e.g. in logistics, supply chain, or international trade)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in customs and freight
