Transport Manager

Transport Manager vacancy in Swindon

Joining one of the UKs largest independently owned Transport companies you will be responsible for a busy operation.

You will be supervising a large team helping route circa 40 company owned vehicles UK wide.

The Package:
Up to £45,000
Mon – Fri

8am – 5pm

The Role:

As Transport Manager you will be overseeing a team of 50+ drivers

You will lead and manage circa 10 office employees

You must run a cost efficient operation within company budgets

It is expected that the Transport Manager sets and monitors KPI’s to ensure all staff perform as expected

It is the duty of the Transport Manager to meet the SLA’s agreed with customers and liaise as appropriate with seniors managers



The Requirements:
CPC holder

Previous experience running a large fleet

O’License experience
Excellent geographical knowledge
