Planting Trees for the Environment, Veterans and Employment

Ahead of Remembrance week, we have collaborated with Carma to plant trees for every candidate we place to support service veterans gain meaningful employment through Nature-Based Therapy.

WR has decided to plant a tree in the UK with Carma for every placement we make for our clients. This not only showcases our dedication to environmental sustainability but also our commitment to supporting veterans through Nature-Based Therapy to help them gain meaningful employment.

Carma collaborates with the Green Task Force in supporting veterans through Nature-Based Therapy.  A unique and effective approach to improving mental and physical well-being. Nature-Based Therapy leverages the healing power of nature to help individuals to regain their confidence, self-esteem, and mental resilience. Moreover, it helps veterans transition into meaningful employment after leaving a career of service.
