Transport Manager
Transport Manager required in Immingham
A leading European haulier are looking for a Transport Manager to oversee the Transport department
You will be responsible for the day-today running and overseeing a busy transport operation
The Package:
£38,000 – £45,000 DOE
Mon – Fri
42.5 hours per week
The Role:
As Transport Manager, you will oversee route planning efficiency, costs and site budgets
It is your responsibility to ensure all activity is compliant and in line with WTD
You will be required to carry out full infringement investigations if needed
Transport Manager must ensure the operation and site follow Health & Safety guidelines
All associated administration will need to be up to date
The Requirements:
CPC Beneficial – not essential
Experience with Tankers, preferably Petroleum is a must
Strong knowledge of Working Time Directives and Tachograph legislation
Ability to motivate and encourage others
Continuous Improvement mind-set
