Technical Sales Manager
Technical Sales Manager – North-West – £45,000-£65,000 + OTE
Technical Sales Manager required to join a specialist technical distributor of automation, drives solutions, sensing & measurement technologies, selling into OEM machine manufacturers in the North-West of England.
As the successful Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing my clients existing account portfolio within your region, up-selling to customers as well we developing new business leading the the area.
The Package:
Salary – £45,000-£65,000 (DOE)
Commission
Company Car (Hybrid)
Company phone & laptop
25 days holiday + bank holidays
The Role:
- Developing existing accounts and up-selling.
- Managing company heritage accounts.
- Developing new business within the region.
- Representing the company at exhibitions.
- Guiding customers through the product selection process.
- Offer solutions to customers by identifying pain-points.
- Working closely with Product Managers and other sales support functions within the business to provide the best service to customers.
- Offering sales support and applications advice to existing customers.
Requirements:
- Will ideally have a technical background.
- Must have previous experience of technical sales, including business development and account management.
- Must have previous experience selling automation products, such as HMI’s, Servo’s, Inverters, PLC’s, Motion control and related products.
- Must have a valid UK driving license.
