Location: Rochdale, Manchester

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000pa (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 17:30pm)

My client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Rochdale. The right candidate will have experience dealing with International Express Courier/Parcel operations, great customer service skills and have direct experience working for an International Courier/Reseller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing operational administration for clients and suppliers.
• Invoicing out and completing job files.
• Quoting, booking, coordinating, managing & monitoring International Parcel movements from departure to arrival.
• Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates to customers and handling any delivery-related concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery operations and resolve any service disruptions.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
• Uphold a positive and professional image of the company through all interactions with customers.

Requirements:

• International Express Parcel/Courier experience.
• Experience working for a UK based Courier/Parcel Delivery Service Provider.
• Excellent customer service.
• Good verbal and written communication.
