Mechanical Estimator – M&E Contractor Building Services
We are searching for a Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established design and build M&E contractor in Cannock.
The Role
  • Typically office based
  • Reviewing tenders, designs
  • Pricing labour, materials and sub-contractor costs
  • Project values £250K – £4M
  • Projects; major retail & hotel chains, industrial warehouses, commercial buildings
Hours: Monday – Thursday 0800 – 1730, Friday 0800 – 1600
Requirements
  • You must have mechanical building services knowledge – HVAC, work & ventilation
  • You must be either an experienced Estimator, Project Manager, Contracts Manager and experienced in pricing and quoting projects.
  • You must be local to Cannock.
Package
  • Negotiable salary DoE £50K – £65K
  • 25 days holidays
  • Pension
