Air Export Coordinator

Air Export Coordinator – Feltham

Are you looking to take the next step in your freight forwarding career? We’re seeking a motivated Air Export Coordinator with at least two years’ experience in the industry to join a growing team in Feltham.

In this role, you’ll be supporting the end-to-end air export process – from preparing documentation and customs entries to liaising with carriers, suppliers, and customers. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, work in a modern open-plan office, and develop your skills with clear progression pathways.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full air export process from booking through to delivery

  • Prepare and check documentation, including customs entries

  • Liaise with airlines, agents, and hauliers to ensure smooth shipments

  • Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates and resolving queries

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company SOPs

What’s on offer:

  • Salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience)

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in air export operations

  • Strong organisational and customer service skills

  • Knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
