Sales Operative

Sales Operations Clerk – Dublin – Up to €45,000

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support or Sales Operations within the freight forwarding, logistics, transport or supply chain sector.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provided administrative and operational support to the Business Development and Sales teams, ensuring the smooth running of daily sales activities.
• Managed sales leads, maintained accurate records, produced reports, and supported the effective use of CRM and sales enablement systems.
• Assisted with the preparation and coordination of bids, tenders, proposals, and customer presentations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards were consistently met.
• Organised sales meetings, training sessions, customer visits, and business events, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
• Supported local marketing activities, including targeted campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications, while ensuring compliance with company branding standards.
• Worked closely with regional sales operations teams to improve processes, maintain data integrity, and support business development objectives.
