Salary: $75,000 + Benefits

An established global logistics and supply chain organization is seeking an experienced Air & Ocean Freight Coordinator to join its Air & Ocean operations team in Salt Lake City.

This role is ideal for a freight forwarding professional with strong international transportation knowledge who enjoys managing shipments from origin to destination while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage international air and ocean freight shipments from booking through final delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing shipment updates and resolving issues proactively
• Coordinate with carriers, airlines, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth freight movement
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and import/export compliance requirements
• Monitor shipment performance, identify potential disruptions, and implement solutions to minimize delays
• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies within the forwarding function

Requirements:

• 3+ years of freight forwarding and international logistics,
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures
• Experience handling air freight operations
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with freight forwarding systems
