Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 17:00pm (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000

Air & Road Freight Operator Overview:

We are now looking to appoint a dedicated, and experienced Air & Sea Freight Operations Manager to join a dynamic and friendly team based in London Heathrow.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end operations, with a 50/50 split on air and road freight, as well as a 50/50 split on export and import. You will play a crucial role in managing quotes/pricing, building relationships with airlines and haulage companies, and ensuring seamless operations for our clients. A good attitude, strong work ethic and excellent customer services skills are essential for this role.

Air & Sea Freight Operations Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end shipment operations, including quoting, booking jobs, monitoring, and customs paperwork
• Maintain service expectations of existing accounts and select appropriate airline/carrier/haulier to maximize profits
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth movement of cargo and stay updated on market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, airlines, and haulage companies
• Manage your own portfolio of work and ensure timely clearance of goods
