$120,000 + Car Allowance + Commission
Overview
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to develop new business and grow revenue across the South East. This role focuses on acquiring new accounts, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic sales initiatives in line with agreed business plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts
- Prepare and negotiate bids, RFQs, and quotations with customers and partners
- Plan and manage a personal sales territory to achieve targets
- Respond to and follow up on sales leads and inquiries
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service levels
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Update CRM systems and provide regular sales reports
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
Skills & Experience
- Experience in International Freight forwarding
- Air and Ocean Freight experience
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of freight forwarding procedures and regulations
