The Role

• Win new business across domestic and international road freight.

• Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop major accounts.

• Identify opportunities, negotiate rates and close profitable deals.

• Develop tailored transport solutions alongside internal operations teams.

• Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven BDM experience within road freight or European road transport.

• A strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new customers.

• Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• The drive to work autonomously and deliver results.
