We’re looking for an experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to serve as the #2 leader supporting our National Brokerage Manager. This is a hands-on, player-coach role where you’ll lead a team of three Entry Writers while maintaining your own customs entry workload and driving operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily customs brokerage operations and customs entries.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Entry Writers.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and company standards.
- Support the National Brokerage Manager with process improvements, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient shipment processing.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Customs Broker (required)
- CargoWise experience (required)
- Previous people management experience
- 7+ years of customs brokerage/entry writing experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import compliance.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
