This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced road freight professional to lead daily transport operations, manage key customer relationships, and drive service excellence within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee European road freight operations from booking through to delivery.
- Coordinate with customers, hauliers, overseas partners, and customs authorities.
- Ensure smooth execution of export movements and customs compliance.
- Monitor shipment performance and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Maintain exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in European road freight operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and transport regulations.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
