We’re recruiting for an experienced Transport Planner to join a busy, high-volume distribution operation in Slough. This role is ideal for someone with strong Paragon experience who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimise routes using Paragon
- Manage daily transport planning across a high-volume fleet
- Maximise vehicle utilisation and service performance
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and operational teams
- Monitor KPIs and resolve planning issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and procedures
About You
- Proven Transport Planning experience within logistics or distribution
- Strong working knowledge of Paragon (essential)
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
- Transport compliance knowledge is advantageous
