Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate bills of lading for international shipments
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams, shipping agents, and customers to gather necessary information
- Review and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized records of export documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with bills of lading is essential
- Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation purposes
