Location: Newark, New Jersey
Salary: $120,000 + bonus + package
A growing international logistics business is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and develop key customer relationships across the US and global markets.
This role will focus on account growth, customer retention, strategic reviews, and identifying new commercial opportunities across air, ocean, and road freight services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer accounts
- Lead customer review meetings and strategic account planning
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate RFI/RFQ submissions
- Work closely with global teams to deliver customer solutions
- Monitor KPIs, performance, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong knowledge of multi-modal freight operations
- Proven account management and business development experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel regularly within the US and internationally
