We are seeking a seasoned Head of Sales/Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.​

Head of Sales Role Overview

This is a pivotal leadership position where you will:​

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Executives and Business Development Managers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.​

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior sales or commercial role within the freight forwarding industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing sales teams.
• In-depth knowledge of air, ocean, and road freight operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a record of accomplishment of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.​
