Internal Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding
Location: Crowthorne, UK
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively generate new business and manage existing client accounts within the freight forwarding sector.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their requirements are met with the highest level of service.
- Client Proposals: Create tailored solutions for clients, providing accurate quotations and support for their logistics needs.
- Market Research: Identify potential leads, trends, and opportunities for growth within the freight forwarding industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations and customer service to ensure smooth processes and excellent client outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in internal sales, with a strong understanding of freight forwarding or logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- A proactive and target-driven approach to sales.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
