Plant Fitter
£21.50 per hour + Overtime | West Midlands
We’re working with an established plant equipment business looking to recruit experienced Plant Fitters to join its growing service team.
The role is currently around 60% workshop / 40% mobile, with most field work across the West Midlands and Warwickshire, although occasional nationwide travel may be required.
The Role
Service, maintenance and repair of plant machinery
Workshop and mobile field-based work
Fault finding and diagnostics
Use of Jaltest and other diagnostic equipment
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Customer site visits when required
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer or Service Engineer
Strong plant machinery maintenance and diagnostic experience
Comfortable using diagnostic software/tools
Full UK driving licence
Happy to undertake occasional travel
Package
£21.50 per hour
Overtime paid at 1.5x
Very limited Saturday working

Manufacturer training provided
Experience with CASE or Sunward equipment would be advantageous but is not essential, as full product training will be provided.
