Salary: Up to £35,000

I’m currently partnering with a well-established, globally connected logistics provider to recruit an experienced Sea & Road Freight Import Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that operates across international markets and offers genuine long-term career progression.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the full import process from start to finish, ensuring shipments move smoothly and compliantly through the supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end sea and road import shipments
• Handling customs entries and clearance procedures
• Liaising with carriers, customers, and internal teams
• Monitoring shipments and resolving any operational issues
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sea and road freight imports (essential)
• Experience in Exports (nice to have)
• Strong understanding of customs processes
• Ability to manage shipments from origin through to final delivery
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset
