Are you an experienced Transport Operations Manager who knows how to lead at scale, drive performance and get the best from people?

This is a high-profile role where you’ll balance safety, service, cost and compliance, while creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.

The Role

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 30+ drivers and employees
• Own transport performance across cost, service, productivity and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing a large transport operation and team
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent knowledge of transport legislation, compliance and fleet operations
• Commercially aware with a strong focus on service and cost
• A hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Transport Managers CPC / Certificate of Professional Competence – ESSENTIAL
