Position: Deep Sea Imports Coordinator
Location: Essex, West Thurrock
Hours: Mon – Fri
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000
Benefits: 1 day remote working 4 office

Ocean Imports Coordinator Role:
An Ocean Imports Coordinator is required to carry out the full end to end service for Deep sea & EU Road Freight Movement’s from Key Clients. Impeccable customer service is a key element to this role. You must be able to demonstrate an eye for detail, work to strict, time sensitive deadlines, commute effectively and efficiently with all parties in a timely fashion as well as showing a proactive approach to daily tasks, all the whiles showing a passion for Freight Forwarding and customer service.

Additional Responsibilities:
To ensure that all Operational targets in relation to service, quality and productivity are met at all times.
Customer Service Excellence
Liaise with Shipping Lines / Hauliers
Progress & book customers orders
Accurate input of data
Produce Bills of Lading
Produce Letters of Credit
Certificates of Origin & AAD’s understanding / experience
Customs formalities / NES
Financials on orders handled

The Requirements:
2 Years Minimum Freight Forwarding Experience in Ocean Freight and or EU Road
Imports Experience Essential
Customs Experience strongly desirable
