San Francisco | $65,000 Base Salary + Bonus and Benefits
We are seeking an Ocean Export Agent to join the export operations team of an established international freight forwarder. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity for a local candidate with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.
Working Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Coordinate ocean export shipments from booking through final delivery
Complete accurate and timely operational data entry
Track shipments and provide proactive customer updates
Prepare billing and resolve invoice discrepancies
Ensure customer SOPs and KPIs are consistently achieved
Maintain compliance with company policies and external regulations
Requirements
Previous ocean export or freight-forwarding experience preferred
Understanding of international shipping processes and documentation
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Package
$65,000 base salary
Potential bonus after the first year
