Up to £55,000 + bonus (DEO)
Full-time – 40 hours
A well-established, privately owned environmental services business is looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and grow its Southern operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving performance, improving efficiency, and developing both customer relationships and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver regional growth and manage key accounts
- Oversee operational performance, routing, and cost control
- Lead, develop, and motivate a multi-site team
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Ensure high standards of service and compliance
What we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership experience within transport, waste, or logistics
- Commercial awareness with a focus on growth and retention
- Highly organised with a proactive approach
- CPC desirable but not essential
