Salary: Up to €100,000 + Benefits + Bonus

We are representing an established international logistics organisation that is expanding its Air & Sea Freight capabilities and is looking to appoint a Sales Manager – Air & Sea Freight Development in the Netherlands.
The business combines the strength of a global logistics network with the flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset of a successful international organisation. Their Air & Sea division continues to grow, creating an opportunity for a commercially ambitious sales professional to play a key role in expanding customer relationships and driving new revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business within Air Freight and Sea Freight.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
- Identify opportunities across multiple industries.
- Manage negotiations, proposals and commercial agreements.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to create customer solutions.
- Achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Proven experience in Air & Sea Freight sales.
- Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
- Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition.
- Ability to manage complex international logistics conversations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
