An expanding international logistics and freight forwarding organization is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to support growth across key international trade lanes, with a particular focus on Europe and LATAM markets.
This opportunity is ideal for a commercially focused logistics sales professional with strong NVOCC experience and a proven ability to develop international freight business across ocean, air, and multimodal solutions. You’ll play a key role in building strategic customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth within targeted global markets.
We’re looking for someone who understands the complexities of international shipping, thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment, and can confidently engage with customers across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across Europe and LATAM trade lanes
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships within international freight forwarding and NVOCC services
- Promote ocean freight, air freight, and multimodal logistics solutions
- Prepare and negotiate RFQs, pricing proposals, and commercial agreements
- Work closely with overseas agents, carriers, and internal operations teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term strategic partnerships
- Monitor market trends, trade activity, and competitor developments across global freight markets
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting
- Deliver high levels of customer service and commercial support throughout the sales cycle
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience within international freight forwarding or NVOCC sales
- Strong knowledge of Europe and LATAM trade lanes is essential
- Solid understanding of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and global logistics operations
- Experience managing international customer accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping processes, and freight regulations
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000 – $120,000
