Location: Within 1 hour of Peterborough
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 DOE

An established engineering business specialising in industrial weighing and process measurement equipment is looking to recruit an experienced Service Engineer to support customers across the region.
This is a field-based role, covering customer sites within a manageable territory, carrying out service, repair, installation, calibration and commissioning work on industrial weighing equipment.
The Role:
- Service, repair and install industrial weighing equipment
- Attend breakdowns and carry out preventative maintenance
- Complete calibration and commissioning work at customer sites
- Fault-find across electrical, mechanical and IT-based systems
- Provide professional customer support while working in the field
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Experience servicing weighing equipment is essential
- Electrical, mechanical, instrumentation or IT-based engineering background
- Previous customer-facing field service experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Based within 1 hour of Peterborough
Package:
- £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary DOE
- Door-to-door pay
