Salary £22K – £27K
Monday to Friday : 09:00 – 17:30 or similar

The Role:
The Transport Coordinator will be Supervising drivers dealing with UK road Containers mainly to and from ports.
The Transport Coordinator will ensure the team will effectively plan vehicle routes by fully utilising own vehicles to the required levels of customer service, whilst also adhering to Drivers hours legislation and maintenance requirements.
The Transport Coordinator will react to New bookings received in a timely manner.
Liaise daily via email with global offices to receive details required to complete the booking and keep the UK customer updated at all time
Ensuring all paperwork matches booking in our system.
Fill in received details into our system and ensure details are correct when handing over to the operational team including any additional charges that may have been added since the start of the booking.
Requirements:
Experience with UK Road Containers
Experience with HGVs
Experience with Drivers
