Due to increased growth, my client require an experienced Ventilation Project Manager to join the senior management team of a well-established HVAC business. The Project Manager will need experience of overseeing the installation of ventilation and air conditioning in commercial and industrial buildings. Projects are around 400k, with up to 30 engineers to manage
This is suitable for a Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager or Contract Manager who is looking to join a business in a senior leadership role
Package:
- Salary around £50,000 depending on experience
- Car allowance £6000 or electrical vehicle
- Private health insurance
- 30 days holiday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ventilation projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to all specifications and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, contractors, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
- Conduct site visits to assess project status, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
- HVAC engineering qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC or ventilation industry
- Strong knowledge of ventilation systems, building codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
