A global logistics and freight forward company is looking for a European Road Freight Sales Manager to help strive the business forward!

The Role

  • As European Road Freight Sales Manager, you will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • You will lead a team of Sales Representatives
  • Provide training and development
  • Coordinate with the operations, customs & transport teams
  • Negotiate new and existing contracts and agreements with clients
  • Track sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of road freight sales
  • Experience managing teams of sales people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
