Our client is looking for an Ocean Export Clerk to organise export documentation and bill of lading to join a vibrant team.
An award winning company established in the 80’s with a brand new modern office and opportunities to progress.
The right candidate will take pride in their work and have strong attention to detail with a background of ocean freight exports and experience dealing with bills of lading paperwork.

Main Duties:
- Raising bill of lading and shipping instructions.
- Ensuring bills of lading are correct before being sent.
- Amending document errors when required.
- Ensuring deadlines are met for customs and bill of lading.
- Completing certificates of origin, ATR and EUR1.
- Entering VGM using online portals.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in raising bill of lading
- Experience using systems – CNS and Destin8 (Desirable)
- Knowledge on Ocean freight
