An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to join a market-leading construction business as a Commercial Manager. M&E or Main Contractor background required – this will be part of a new division based out of their prestigious London office where you will work on major projects, value around 30 million
This is a rare opportunity for a Senior QS to step-up to Commercial Manager or for an existing Commercial Manager who would like full autonomy to move into a company that will give them complete freedom within their role
Package:
- £80,000 to £100,000 depending on level of experience
- Net profit bonus
- £10,000 car allowance or car
- 33 days holiday
- 8% pension
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant commercial subject or similar
- Several years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within a Mechanical and Electrical contractor or Main contractor business
- Experience of working on projects circa 30 million value
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
- Strong understanding of contract law and experience in contract negotiation and management
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
