Responsibilities
- Ensure all necessary customs documentation is prepared and updated
- Customs Declarations- Accurately complete Import & Export within set timeframes.
- Customer service – Keep the customer updated & informed about the status of customs declarations.
- Generate and send VAT and duty invoices through the freight Management system.
Requirements
- Experience as a Customs Coordinator or equivalent working for a freight forwarder.
- Prior experience with Import/Export Customs Procedures
- Awareness and working knowledge of CDS,NCTS,AND Destin8 would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
