The Role

As a Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for managing European road freight operations, with a strong focus on groupage services. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient transport execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end European road freight shipments (groupage focus)
• Coordinating collections, deliveries, and transport planning
• Communicating with carriers, partners, and customers to ensure smooth execution
• Handling shipment documentation and ensuring accuracy at all stages
• Proactively resolving operational issues and delays
• Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships
• Supporting continuous improvement within operational processes

About You

The successful candidate will bring:

• Experience in freight forwarding, ideally within European road freight / groupage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
