Overview
My client is a leading UK engineering services contractor delivering mechanical and electrical design, installation, and maintenance across major commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure projects. They operate nationwide and are particularly strong in London, delivering complex, high-value MEP packages.
They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple MEP projects across London.
Role
You will take responsibility for managing multiple projects or large-scale packages, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This includes overseeing Project Managers, managing client relationships, commercial performance, and ensuring health & safety compliance across all projects.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within MEP / building services
- Strong background delivering mechanical and/or electrical packages on large projects
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong leadership and communication skills
