European Road and Air Freight Operator
Location: St. Albans
Salary: up to £38,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 17:30pm)
An exciting, new opportunity for a European Road and Air Freight Operator is now available in St. Albans.
If you have previous experience working as a Freight Operator or Coordinator for a UK based Freight Forwarder and have a background working with European Road Freight and/or Air Freight, this role will be great for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Client liaison for the European Road and Air freight client base.
- Freight quotations for export and import freight shipments.
- Completing operational administration, including customs clearance formalities, for clients and suppliers.
- Managing the European Road and Air freight consignments in transit through to successful completion and delivery.
- Invoicing out and completing the job files.
Requirements:
- 3 years’ freight forwarding experience in European Road Freight and/or Air Freight.
- Experience working for a UK Freight Forwarder.
- Customs clearance experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
