Location: Covering the South East of the UK
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (OTE £52k+) + Car Allowance

Are you an Engineer, Internal Sales or External Sales Engineer with experience in the pump industry looking to step into external sales and drive revenue growth? Our client is looking for a motivated External Sales Engineer to join their growing team!
This exciting opportunity combines sales, business development, and account management.
The Role:
- Develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Research and target prospective customers
- Conduct client meetings (virtually and in person) to close deals
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the pump industry
- Sales experience (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
The Package:
- £35,000 – £45,000 (OTE £52k+)
- Generous bonus structure
