Freight Forwarder – Sunderland | Up to £33,000 DOE

We are working with a well-established and growing freight forwarder with multiple sites across the UK (10+ locations) to find a new Multimodal Freight Forwarder for their Sunderland office.

The company has a high staff retention rate and have a great reputation for looking after their staff. They have a really strong presence in the market and are unaffected by recession fears or recent US tariffs

Package:

• £28,000 – £33,000, depending on experience
• 22 days holiday (increasing to 30 with service) plus 8 bank holidays
• Bonus paid yearly

The role:
You’ll be involved in handling a variety of shipments across air, ocean, and road freight, depending on your experience. If you’ve specialised in just one mode so far, that’s absolutely fine – the team is open to training the right person into a multimodal role.

Experience Required:

• Experience in freight forwarding (air, ocean, or road)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach
• The desire to be part of a company that values its people
